Akhtar Saeed Medical and Dental College (ASMDC) has announced the merit list of the students who excelled in the examinations that were conducted in the academic session of 2017-2018. The merit list is based on the student’s performance in the General and Special Category Examinations (GSE).
The total number of students appearing for GSEs was 10,164; out of these, 5,546 students have been declared successful. The colleges will now release Merit Lists for each stream based on their respective performance. According to ASMDC officials, the merit list for the General Category includes 1,782 students, while the Special Category includes 2,054 students. However, a few irregular marks have not been included in these lists yet.
To make it easier for the candidates and their families to locate their student’s name on the final Merit List, ASMDC has started issuing Merit Cards, which will include only first name and last initial.
Candidates can obtain a Merit Card from any college official or any representative appointed by colleges. Candidates without a Merit Card cannot appear for any examination conducted by ASMDC, including the BDS/BAMS Eligibility Test (BET).

The Akhtar Saeed Medical and Dental College (ASMDC) has released the merit list of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (MBBS and BDS) 2017 batch. The merit list is based on the centralized Common Entrance Test (CET) results.
According to the merit list, 1787 students have been awarded MBBS and BDS degrees from ASMDC. The candidates who have scored above 50% in the CET 2018 are eligible for admission to ASMDC. If any student receives more than one admission offer from ASMDC, they must select one offer and declare it during counseling.
